  • Chacha is made from grape mash, following the ancient traditional Georgian method, which originated from Kakheti region. During the winter, grape mash is stored in “Qvevri” – a ceramic amphora buried under the ground, after which it is distilled in copper vessels.
  • After the distillation, Chacha is aged to ge ther with organic honeycombs for six months giving the beverage delicate aroma and taste of honey.
