- The wine is made by traditional method, from the Saperavi grape variety grown in Velistsikhe, Kakheti region.
- The selected grapes were squeezed and fermented in the stainless tanks.
- After removing grape pips, the wine is aged during three months in the rustless tanks, by micro-oxygenation. The wine has dark garnet color, characterized by the aromas of the ripe dark fruits and dry fruit, velvet tannin nuances.
