- The wine is made from Saperavi grape variety, grown in Kvareli, Kakheti region. The grapes are pressed according to the Kakhetian traditional method at “Velistsikhe’s Veranda”. After removing the chacha (grape must) the wine is placed in the qvevri (the clay vessel) once more for aging for 6 months.
- The wine is characterized by strong tannins and cherry color. The taste of black berries, blackthorn and black plum are felt.
